Cancellation Policy

Once booked, on the thank-you page, click on 'add to calendar'. You will receive a confirmation email but you will only have the option to add to a Google calendar here. If you forget to add to calendar from the thank-you page, you will have to save the confirmation and/or reminder email with the Zoom link. If you need to change your booking, please email jason@successcoaching.co.za or call +27 10 300 0801. Appointments not changed within 24 hours will be charged for, unless it was an emergency. We do not have a refund policy but are happy to reschedule if outside of 24 hours.
